27 oz Smithfield mesquite smoked pork loin roast 2 cup Hot water 1 Serving(s) Olive oil cooking spray
Use sauté function and set to 4 minutes. When the pot is hot, spray with cooking spray and roast. Sear on both sides for about 2 minutes per side. When done, remove the roast and add water. Stir with a wooden spoon to break up any brown bits. Add a trivet and the water then place the roast on the trivet. Put the lid on and close. Set to sealing, then pressure cook for 30 minutes. When time had elapsed, let sit for 10 minutes to do a natural pressure release. After that you can use the end of a wooden spoon to release any remaining pressure. Remove lid and roast and slice.into 4 oz pieces.
