Ingredients
1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 10 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" lo Asparagus, fresh 2 serving Barilla Farfalle (BowTie) pasta (2 oz. / 56gr) 340 grams Shrimp, cooked .25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne .5 cup, sliced Onions, raw .25 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 30 mL Lemon Juice 0.05 cup Tomato Paste 11 grams Basil 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Roast Vegetables on baking sheet with salt pepper and olive oil 425 for 25 minutes

Cook shrimp with garlic red pepper and onion and olive oil until shrimp is pink. Next mix in tomato paste, lemon juice and broth and bring to a boil

Cook Pasta once ready mix all ingrediates together and add basil
