    16 oz spaghetti or linguine (Barilla Plus)
    12 oz shrimp
    8 oz neufchatel cheese
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
    5 cloves Garlic
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chicken broth


Cook pasta as directed and drain. Heat skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil, add garlic, onion, and shrimp. Stir fry until shrimp are opaque. Add cream cheese and chicken broth, stir while cooking 3-4 minutes. Once cream cheese is melted and well blended, add parmesan. Add to pasta, mix well and serve.

  • Had this for dinner tonight, husban said, it would have been better with rice. I liked it, son loved it. He said ,that it was the only time the pasta was better than the shrimp. I will make it again, maybe with rice one time. Vi - 6/6/09
