Ingredients
1 cup dry Quinoa27 oz grilled chicken10 oz grape tomatoes1 red onion, chopped2 zucchini, chopped1 tbsp olive oil6 tbsp Private selection Spicy Hunan Stir Fry Sauce
Directions
Cook quinoa according to directions on package. Chop chicken and heat up in stir fry sauce. Toss tomatoes, onion, and zucchini in olive oil and roast at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
