Ingredients
.5 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) 1.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .5 cup, stirred Soy flour, full-fat, roasted, crude protein basis (N x 6.25) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Granulated Sugar 0.5 cup Orange Juice 1 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
Mix together and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees
