Flossie's Teriyaki Chicken Chow Mein (1 cup serving)

Ingredients
75 grams Chow Mein Noodles8 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce 1 Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breast2 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 1 Carrot1 Onion1 stalk Celery1/2 head cauliflower1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp pepper2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Directions
Cook chow mein noodles in boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Fry chicken strips in oil until browned. Add 1/4 teriyaki sauce. Add onions, carrots and celery. Cook for about 5 minutes. Add drained cooked noodles, remaining vegetables and another 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce. Continue cooking til vegetables tender. Season with salt and pepper.
