LBR Soup (Lentils, beans and rice)

16 cup beef bone broth 2 cup Beans, black 4 cup, sliced Zucchini 10 small Mushrooms, fresh 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 medium Carrots, raw .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw .66 cup White Rice, medium grain .33 cup Lentils
Dice all vegetables.
Soak or boil black beans until soft
Combine everything in large stock pot.
Season to taste with salt, pepper, summer savory, thyme, sage, oregano, balak pepper, salt, and hot sauce.
Simmer until everything has softened.
Serving Size: Makes 12 servings
