Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)Campbells Healthy Request Cream Of Mushroom Low Fat Low Sodium, 2.5 serving (remove)Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 5 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)Portabella Mushrooms, 250 grams (remove)*Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Success Brown Rice, 2 serving (remove)Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)Poultry seasoning, 1 tbsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)1/2 soup can of water
Directions
Brown cubed chicken breast with 1/2 onion chopped. Grind sauteed, sliced portabella mushrooms and remaining 1/2 onion. Add sour cream, soup, 1/2 can of water, and seasoning to chicken. Bring to a boil then reduce to simmer. Add ground mushroom & onion, and then add cooked rice. Simmer for 5 minutes.
