Brussel sprouts curry

Ingredients
3 serving Kroger Frozen Fresh Brussels Sprouts 6 Brussels sprouts (85g) 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 20 gram(s) Indian Green Chillies (by FIGHTDFLAB) 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 2 tbsp Cumin and Corriander seeds powder (by FANORONHA_14) 5 grams Salt 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 85 gram(s) Peppers, sweet, mini, red, yellow, orange (approx. 3) (by KOOLBREEZE75) 6 gram(s) maggi masala w/o noodles (by FIT240) 3 clove Garlic
Directions
add oil in the sauce pan
Add garlic, onion, chillies and fry for couple of mins.
Add peppers and brussel sprouts and cover the sauce pan.
After 5-8 mins add salt and other spices, mix and cover it again.
Don't overcook it, turn it off and enjoy with quinoa or brown rice.
