Ingredients
Green Beans (snap), 4 cupsBacon, 3 medium slices, cooked Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Salt, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
Directions
cut bean into 1 inch pieces, finley dice bacon and onion. I add a little water to get the juices going, then you get enough from the onion and bacon. sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic, cook until fork tender. makes 4 1.25C servings

    Quite good! I was out of bacon, so used some large, crumbled bacon bits (Kirkland from COSTCO) and the taste was good. "BUT" just not enough bacon grease to suit, next time I will use bacon per the recipe. - 9/4/15
