Healthier Waffles

Ingredients
2 cup Flour (can use half white and half whole wheat) 1.5 cup Milk (whole milk used can sub alternative milk).5 cup Yogurt, plain (whole milk used can sub non-fat)2 large Eggs separated 1.5 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 1.5 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil .5 tsp Salt .5 tsp Baking Soda 1.5 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Start with 3 bowls: 1 for dry ingredients, 1 for eating egg whites, and 1 for wet ingredients and mixing everything together

Measure out respective ingredients into the designated bowls

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form

Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients in their separate bowls and then add dry to wet

Fold in egg whites

Scoop batter onto hot waffle iron

Makes 7-8 waffles
