8 breast, bone removed Chicken Breast, with skin 2 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 12 cup Bone Broth Chicken 4 cup Baby Spinach Organic 1 serving 10 baby carrots raw 3 cup Green Beens, Fresh (by KWITTINGEN) 3 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
roast a whole organic chicken let cool put into a large pot with water boil for 1 hour then let it cool down debone the chicken remove skin add chicken back into the pot of bone broth add seasoning veggies and cook for 3.5 hours on the stove top
