Ingredients
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw cinnamon
Directions
Mash banana by hand or with food chopper. Add one whisked egg. Microwave on plate for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon. May add Cary's sugar-free or other syrup, but that nutritional info not included. Makes a good breakfast, dessert, or snack. 0 WW points
