Ingredients
16 tbsp PB2 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 tbsp *Flax Seed .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 96 gram(s) Bob’s Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (Gluten Free)--1/2 C dry = 48g 4 teaspoon Lakanto Monkfruit Classic White Granulated (by BRIDGETMAYS) 2 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1.5 tsp Ginger, ground 1.5 Tbls Walnuts crushed (by HAILSPQR1) 1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie spice 2. tbsp *Nestle Mini Chocolate Chips 1 serving Motts Cinnamon Applesauce (single serve snack cup=4 oz)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Soak the flax seed in the water for a few minutes to soften.
Blend together, the banana, avocado and applesauce until smooth.
Add in flaxseed and remaining ingredients, and mix with spoon.
Drop Cookies on a parchment line cookie sheet.
bake for 15 minutes or until brown.

Serving Size: Make 15 cookies , serving size is 1 cookie
