Ingredients
2 cups dry garbanzo beans4-5 small ripe tomatoes chopped1 medium onion chopped1 tbsp canola oil1 tsp cayenne pepper powder2 bay leaves2-3 green chillies
Directions
Cook garbanzo beans in 2-3 cups of water and bayleaf overnight in a slow cooker. Saute onions in oil, add cayenne pepper, green chillis, salt and tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes are tender. Add to the garbanzo beans and cook for an additional 2-3 hrs on low setting.

Serve with rice or chapati.
