Slow Cooker Beef Fajitas

Ingredients
Flank Steak, trimmed of all visible fat and cut into stripsFajita Seasoning Mix PackageGarlic, ChoppedJalapenos, seeded and choppedClinatro, choppedFrozen mixed peppers (Green, yellow and red peppers and onions)
Directions
Stir together steak, fajita seasoning, garlic and jalapenos and cilantro in slow cooker. Cook on low for around 4-5 hours (until meat is no longer pink). Stir in the veggies and cook an additional 15-30 minutes. Serve with tortilla shells, cheese, sour cream and avacado.
