0.5 cups Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce 5 link members mark hatch green chile chicken sausage, sliced into medallions 12 cup Cauliflower, steamed1 cup Simple Truth Organic Quinoa, cooked according to directions on package
Cook quinoa according to directions on package (I flavored with chicken boullion and red pepper flakes). Cut chicken sausage in medallions and heat in pan. Steam cauliflower. Put steamed cauliflower in pot, cover with wing sauce, heat to reduce sauce. Add chicken sausage and quinoa. Mix and serve.
