Ingredients
0.50 cup Pacific Natural Foods Organic Beef Broth, 1 cup 2 tbsp Organic Valley Heavy Whipping Cream 100 gram(s) Egg - Egg Land’s Best Organic Eggs (1 egg = 50 grams) 32 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 5 oz Boar’s Head Deli Cheese American White or Yellow, regular sliced 2 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese 0.5 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 6 tbsp Onions, dehydrated flakes
Directions
Boil broth add onion set aside for 40 minutes until most of broth is absorbed

Heat oven to 350 degrees
Brown ground beef in skillet. Add salt and pepper to taste
Add in softened onions
Add this to 9x13 pan
Top with American cheese

Soften cream cheese
In small bowl, beat the eggs. Add cream and Mayo cream cheese
And mix well

Spread the egg mix over the top of ground beef

Bake 30-35 minutes
Let stand 10 minutes before serving
