BBQ Gouda Juicy Lucy Turkey Burger

Ingredients
2 - 1 oz slices Smoked Gouda Cheese 1.5 lb raw Ground Turkey 3/4 tsp garlic powder3/4 tsp onion powder3/4 tsp salt3/4 tsp ground black pepper2 tbsp Ketchup1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp Dijon Mustard 4 tbsp French Fried Onions 2 tbsp Barbecue Sauce - Sweet Baby Ray's 4 Potato Sandwich Rolls
Directions
To a mixing bowl add garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well, then add turkey and use hands to combine. Divide in 8 equal sections, about 90 grams each. Flatten 4 sections, top with 1/2 slice cheese, folded to make a square, top with the remaining sections. Heat skillet over medium heat. When hot, add burgers, cook for about 6 minutes each side or until 165 degrees internally.

While burgers are cooking, split buns and place in toaster oven broiler until toasted. Add 1/2 tbsp BBQ sauce to each bottom bun, top with 1 tbsp crushed onions, then a burger and the top bun.
