Ingredients
200 grams Turkey (light meat) 1 cup Mesclun Salad Mix (by MICHELLE_LEE4) 60 grams Cucumber (with peel) 70 grams Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 serving artichokes (canned) 4 cherry Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 100 grams Beans, red kidney 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 oz Trader Joe's Cornichons Pickles (5 cornichons / 1 oz / 28g) (by GARBLEDEEGOOK) 15 grams Sun Dried Tomatoes 1 tbsp Meditalia Sundried Tomato Tapenade (by KSEEDEN) 0.5 serving Beetroot, raw, 2in beet, 82g 1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 1 tbsp French Fried Onions
Directions
Marinate the turkey with cumin and coriander powder. Grill.
Make the vinaigrette with 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp Yellow mustard, 1tsp tapenade sun-dried tomatoes, 2 tbsp water
