Nadia Husain - Egg Wrap (My Version)

Ingredients
1 tortilla, medium (approx 6" di Flour Tortillas 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 medium Mushrooms, fresh 0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 20 grams Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Use a fry pan about the same size as the tortilla you have
Slice the Mushroom fry in the oil until nearly cooked (about 2 minutes on each side)
Add the whisked eggs to the pan
When the eggs are mostly cooked but still wet on top add the grated cheese and the flour tortilla on the top of the omelette allow to soak up the still wet egg for a minute then flip
Allow the tortilla to cook for about 30 seconds and then fold in the sides and serve
