Ingredients
0.33 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.19 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry0.33 cup Muscle Milk Lean Protein Powder (1 scoop)
Directions
In a blender or blender cup add 3 tablespoons quick oats, 1 egg, 1/3 cup cottage cheese and 1 scoop Muscle Milk Lean Vanilla Protein powder and blend until smooth. Prepare a nonstick skillet by heating and spraying with cooking spray. Pour batter into 4 equal amounts- making 4- 4 inch pancakes. Serve with sugar free breakfast syrup and enjoy! Serving Size: Makes 4- 4 inch pancakes
