Parmesan parsley flounder

Ingredients
2 fillet Flounder (fish) 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 1 tsp Paprika 1 tbsp Parsley, dried 1 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Pay fish dry with paper towel. Toss together dry ingredients and coat fish with olive oil. Heat pan with butter and olive oil to medium. Press fish into dry ingredients and place into heated pan. Cook fish 1 to 2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy. Serving Size: 1
