Ingredients
200 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast, no skin, fried 1 serving Butter Chicken Curry Paste (Kitchens of India 1/4 pack) (by CITY_CAT) .25 cup Campbell's Tomato Juice from Concentrate 1 cup Coconut Milk (Silk) 2 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 1 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared
Directions
Dice chicken. Brown chicken in pan with a little oil. Remove from pan & fry off curry paste then add chicken tomato paste stock & simmer 10 - 15 minutes approx. add coconut cream or fresh cream. Add sugar. Serve with rice.
