Crock Pot Roasted Chicken

Ingredients
1 whole chicken (about 2.5lbs)1 bag of baby carrots1 sm onion (sliced)1 pkt of Herbox Chicken broth 1 cup waterMcCormick Montreal Chicken Seasoning (to taste)2 tbsp spreadable butter
Directions
Place carrots and sliced onions in bottom of cooker. Take out the gizzards, liver, heart and neck and wash well. Pat dry with paper towel. Place in cooker and spread the butter all over the bird. Sprinkle McCormick Montreal Chicken seasoning to taste. Mix one packet of Herbox low sodium chicken broth with 1 cup of water and pour into cooker. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
