Chicken with Figs and Lemon

8 fresh figs, quarteredzest of one lemon1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breastsalt and pepper to taste1 tsp dried parsley1/4 cup water1/4 cup fresh lemon juice1/4 cup red wine vinegar1/4 cup Brown Sugar Splenda
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Spray a 8x11" cooking dish with Pam. Put figs in dish and sprinkle lemon zest on top. Season chicken with salt, pepper and parsley. Place chicken on top in dish.
Mix water, lemon juice, vinegar and Splenda in a bowl. Pour mixture over chicken and bake for 30 minutes. Baste chicken with sauce halfway through cooking time.
