Mexican Chicken Casserole

1 pkg. (4-6) of boneless chicken breast1 (10 ½ oz.) can cream of chicken1 (10 ½ oz.) can cream of mushroom1 ¼ cup chicken broth1 cup of chopped onion1 (14 oz) can Ro Tel™3 table spoons hot sauce8-10 small corn tortillas1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos™1 tsp garlic1 tblsp chili powder8 oz Velveeta™ cheese1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Boil chicken. Save Broth. Chop into bite size pieces.
Mix Velveeta™, 2 cans of soup, a portion of the chicken broth, onion, garlic, chili powder, hot sauce, & Ro Tel™.
Grease a 9x13 casserole dish & line it with tortillas that have been moistened with chicken broth.
Layer chicken and mixture. Top with shredded cheese, & Doritos™.
Bake at 350° for 30-45 min. until bubbly & done.
