Ingredients
1 Jar Spaghetti sauce1 lb. 93 percent lean ground beef2 cloves garlic, minced5 leaves fresh basil (or 1 tsp. dried)1 Can crushed or diced tomatoes1 tsp fennel or anise seed (ground)
Directions
Brown ground beef in a medium saucepan. Add garlic while browning. Drain all fat that remains in pan after cooking. Add entire jar of spaghetti sauce and can of tomatoes to the meat mixture. Add basil and fennel. If you have fresh tomatoes, you can peel them and add them instead of the canned. Cook about 10 more minutes and serve over noodles (not included in calorie count). Tastes like homemade for about 1/2 the effort.

Thanks for putting the calories to this, exactly how I make my sauce also. I added some Italian seasoning and a small can of tomato sauce. Very good! - 3/10/18
