Sweet and Sour chicken

Ingredients
1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1/2" strips8.5 oz can of pineapple chunks (use juice)1/2 cup duck sauce2 tbsp brown sugar1/4 cup of rice vinegar1/4 cup of orange juice1 tbsp cooking sherry1 tbsp soy sauce1 lb of frozen oriental veggie mix1 tbsp salt1 tsp ground ginger2 tsp corn starch1 tbsp of hot water
Directions
season the chicken with salt and ginger

Marinade: mix the pineapple juice, duck sause, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, cooking sherry, and OJ in a pan and cover for 3 mins

stir in 1/4 cup of marinade and pineapple chunks with chicken in another pan on medium heat for 4 mins

flip the chicken over and stir in the rest of the marinade and add the corn starch

cover for 3mins

stir and cover for an additional 2 mins
