6 medium Carrots (or 10 oz. bag already grated - from the store)3/4 C. diced Celery1/4 C. diced Onion1/3 C. Raisins1/2 C. diced Apple1/2 C. MayonnaiseSalt & Pepper
Grate the carrots by hand or in food processor or use the 10 oz.bag from grocery store. Toss with celery, onion, raisins, and apple. Mix in the mayonnaise, season well with salt and pepper, and chill thoroughly. Makes about 4 1/2 cups, so serving size is 3/4 cup.
