Roasted Garlic Zucchini

1 large zucchini, sliced in half4 cloves garlic, minced1 T salt1 T pepper.5 T olive oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Slice the zucchinis in half so that you have four halves. Spread some olive oil on top of each surface. Evenly spread the garlic on each half. Salt, and pepper to taste.
Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Make sure they're still crunchy when you remove them, so less time may be in order depending on your oven settings.
