Ingredients
1 lb. chicken breasts, fat removed0.25 c barbecue sauce1 t. honey mustard1 T dried rosemary1 T olive oil
Directions
Put olive oil in large skillet and heat on the stove. (I use just a bit of olive oil spray to reduce calories) Cut chicken into strips and put in the skillet. Sprinkle chicken w/ rosemary and cook on med-high heat for approx. 4 minutes. While the chicken is cooking, mix barbecue sauce and honey mustard together. Turn the chicken over and cook for approx. 4 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in middle. Spread 1/2 of your sauce mixture on the chicken, turn over and spread the remaining 1/2 of the mixture. Cook for approx. 30 sec. on each side to heat the sauce.

Makes approximately 4 servings.
