Prosciutto & Melon

Ingredients
3 oz of Prosciutto (Italian)1/2 Honeydew Melon2 slices Italian Bread (any bread will do)
Directions
Slice the melon into wedges, remove the skin.
Lay the wedges on a plate in a circular fashion and put the Prosciutto strips over the Melon. Eat with a couple of slices of bread. Buon appetito!
