Beef, round steak, 22 ozTurkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 32 oz dreamfields healthy carb living spaghetti, 6.5 serving Del Monte Traditional Spaghetti Sauce, 6 cup Tomato Paste, 2 can (6 oz) Onions, raw, 2 cup, choppedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Garlic, 3 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp ittallian seasoning (no calories or fat or anything, cant find on list) 1 tbsp
brown ground turkey and beef(beef cut into small chunks) then put a cup of water in pan and cover and let cook on low till beef is tender, chop onions, peppers add to meat along with garlic and red pepper (do not add red pepper if you dont like stuff hot) and ittallian seasoning, pour in sauce and add tomato paste stir, cover, let cook on low, make spaghetti (dreamfields low carb spaghetti does not over cook, it gets bigger and not mushy, dont know why but it goes a long way!) when spaghetti is done drain and add to sauce, let simmer till spaghetti soaks in some sauce. makes approximately 12, 1 and 1/2 cup servings.
