ABDubs Chicken Piccata, Kinda

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free, 1 cup Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese (grated) -(2 tsp), 3 tsp Capers, canned, 1 tbsp, drained
Directions
Slice chicken into even strips. In a bowl combine chicken and parmesan cheese, coating all pieces. In a saute pan add chicken broth, lemon, and capers and bring just to a boil. Add chicken - including any remaining parmesan. Cover and cook on low-med heat for 15 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. I like to zest the lemon and add that to the pan as well for extra lemony flavor.
