Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients
1.2lb Spaghetti1/4 cup bacon bits4 medium eggs1/4 cup parmesan2 tbspn EVOO1/2 cup diced green peppers1/2 cup diced onion1 clove garlic - minced
Directions
Boil Spaghetti - Drain & toss in 1Tbspn Olive Oil.

In a large pan, heat oil and garlic. Add bacon bits & saute 1 min. Add onions and pappers. Saute until peppers are translucent.

Add in Spaghetti and toss together. Pull to side of pan.

Crack and beat 4 eggs. Add to opposite side of pan. When partially set, mix with spaghetti and continue cooking until egg is fully cooked.

Serve and enjoy
