Hamburg Zucchini Stew

Ingredients
1 Lb. Ground beef, lean,Zucchini, 1.5 cup, sliced)1 Can Stewed Tomatoes1.5 Cup Onions,, sliced !/2 Cup Green Pepper, sliced thinely2 Tsp. Garlic,1/2 Tsp. Basil1/2 Tsp. Oregano,1?2 Cup Fresh Green or Yellow Beans3 Cups Cooked Brown Rice
Directions
Chop: Zucchini, Onions and Gr. Pepper
Brown Gr. Beef in a skillet
Drain off fat
To skillet Add: Zucchini, Onions, Green Pepper
Green Beans, Tomatos,Garlic,
Basil and Oregano
Simmer for about 30 minutes till Vegetables are tender and sauce is somewhat thick
Serve with Parmesan Cheese sprinkled on.
Serve as a Stew with hard rolls or over the Brown Rice with a green salad
