1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced2 cups frozen strawberries1 cup skim milk1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt1/2 cup orange juice3 tbsp honey
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
