Honey Mustard Turkey with Veggies

Ingredients
1 lb uncooked turkey breast (sliced 1/4" thick)4 tbsp Dijon mustard4 tbsp Honey1 cup frozen carrots2 cups frozen snap pea pods
Directions
Marinate sliced turkey breast in dish with mustard and honey for 20 minutes. Be sure to coat evenly.

Spay skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Cook turkey about 5 minutes until browned.

Add frozen carrots and and pea pods; stir and cover. Reduce heat and simmer about 7 minutes, or until veggies are warm and tender.
