Sweet - Hot Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
4 large English (seedless) cucumbers, unpeeled, diced1/4 cup minced red onion 1 tbsp pickled chopped jalapeno peppers 1/2 cup unseasoned rice vinegar 1/4 cup cold water 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 teaspoon cumin
Directions
Combine cucumbers, onion and jalapenos.
In another bowl, whisk together all remaining ingredients.
Add cucumber mixture, tossing well.
Chill 3-4 hours before serving.
