Coleslaw

Ingredients
1/2 head of green cabbage, shredded2 T cider vinegar2 T light mayo1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tsp smoked paprika1/2 tsp cumin
Directions
in the bottom of a large bowl, whisk vinegar, mayo, salt, and other spices to taste. Add shredded cabbage and toss until cabbage is thoroughly coated. Place in a covered container in the fridge for ~4 hours, until cabbage begins to soften. Shake container periodically to coat with dressing.
