6 medium potatoes,peeled and cubed6 medium parsnips, peeled and cut up into lg chunks10 carrots, [peeled and cutup1/2 cup butter
Directions
Prepare all vegetables as desribed. place in large pot filled with water and salted to taste. cook untill almost musgy, Drain well, put back in pot. Add butter, and mash with potatoe masher untill very lumpy.
