20 oz. Low fat or Fat Free plain yogurt15-20 oz. Orange Juice3 tbs. Splenda No Calorie Sweetener (o to perfered).
1. Mix 8 cups (or 1 20oz. container) of yogurt with 7 cups orange juice (or to your preference) in bowl.
2. Taste and add prefered amount of extra sweetener.
3. Pour into popsicle shape container.
4. Place in freezer for 3 hours (or until fully frozen).
