DZ's Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Directions
Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 2 tbsp
*Boil enough water to cover chicken breasts. Add chicken and cook for approx. 15 minutes (check to see if it's done)
*While chicken is boiling chop onions and celery into sizes to your liking
*When chicken is done and cool, pull apart and add to veggies
* Stir in mayo
*Add salt, pepper & cayenne to taste
*Enjoy either as is or as a sandwich!
