Ingredients
Croutons, seasoned, .5 cupKellogg's Corn Flakes Cereal, .5 cup Egg white, 1 servingChicken Thigh, 454 grams
Directions
Cut chicken into pieces. Gently beat egg whites and pour over pieces of chicken, ensuring even coverage. Crush croutons and corn flakes in a ziploc bag with a rolling pin and shake chicken to coat, placing on non-stick baking sheet. Cook in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes or until done.

Makes about 30 nuggets.
