* Red Potato, peeled and chopped 400 grams (remove) * Butter, salted, 60 grams (remove) * *Flour, white, self raising. 1.5 cup (remove) * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.75 cup (remove) * Sage, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
cook potato in boiling salted water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain; return to pan. Add sour cream and butter and mash. Add flour, cheese, sage and a pinch of salt; stir to make a soft dough. Shape in 8 - 16 balls.
Place balls over chicken mixture. Bake uncovered, for 20 minutes or until dumplings are cooked and brown.
