Red Potato and Broccoli Salad

10-12 oz red potatoes (2 med-lg)8 oz tomatoes (2 medium)4-6 oz broccoli1-1/2 tsp fat free mayonnaise1-2 tsp mustard2 tsp fat free Italian dressing
Boil cut-up potatoes til cooked, but not mushy. Drain and run cold water over the potatoes. Drain and chill.
Cook broccoli al dente and chill.
Cut broccoli and tomatoes into small chunks and mix together with potatoes.
In small separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, and Italian dressing.
Pour over the vegetables and mix together
