2 Bayleaves - Whole or crumbled15 Small CarrotsWater to cover
Directions
Prepare the carrots and cut into rings place in a large saucepan along with the bay leaves and cover with water.

Bring to the boil and simmer until firm not too soft.

Liquidise in a blender and serve hot.
