Honey & Lemon Chicken (With Steamed Rice)

1 Chicken Breast (No bones or skin/ Quorn chicken is very delicious if ur a veggie)2 Tbs Honey1 Slice Lemon1 Cup Rice
Preheat oven to a high setting
Coat chicken 1tbs of honey on each side
Wrap chicken in foil adding the lemon slice before you close it completely and pop it in the oven turning the temp down half way.
Rinse the rice and cover with just enough boiling water to completely submerge the rice and boil for 5mins. Then turn down to simmer and cover. Meanwhile turn the chicken over and put back in the oven. Stir rice and keep on a simmer until it is of satisfactory softness and serve up with the chicken...Yum!
