I've have tried a lot of recipes like this but none of them turn out good. This one did. Love it and can't wait to play around with the fillings. Thank you! - 6/29/12

I couldn't find a 12 oz package of frozen spinach so I used two 10 oz packages and added another egg. Will definitely make again! - 3/3/13

I luv quiche avon! usually I make it with store bought crust. When I make it I saute mushrooms and onions in butter, use ff milk instead of cream, and add a bit of dried mustard and a dash of nutmeg. I am so looking forward to trying this without the crust and butter and milk. Sounds yummy! - 1/24/12

This turned out great! However I did not use Onion. And I may switch to the powder garlic instead of chopped garlic. My kids loved it! Will cook again for easy breakfast in the mornings (and snack in afternoons)/ - 5/16/11
